By attending a ForeverONE cruise/coaching/training/workshop/retreat/intensive/day event/facility/etc., the participant understands that this event is based on the Biblical marriage model between a man and a woman. The participant also releases the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, the employees, and all volunteers of any liability and agrees that participating in this cruise/retreat experience is entirely at their own risk. The coaching/training/etc., along with any pastoral advice or counseling service, is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Any action or lack of action taken by the participant from such advice is their own responsibility and is done so solely by choice. This service is not meant to be a substitute for one-on-one professional/licensed clinical or psychological counseling and the party requesting such advice agrees not to hold the presenter, trainer, pastor, coach, volunteers or counselor responsible or liable in any form for actions taken of their own accord. Event photos/video will be taken, and you or your spouse may show up in the photo/video.  Photos/videos may be used for future promotional materials without compensation to you or your spouse.
